About Us

Interstate Collection Bureau was started in 1969 on Canal Street in New Orleans. In 1983 our steady growth required our move to our recently renovated 6,000 square feet Old Metairie office. In 2010 we further upgraded our systems both in hardware and software to the latest technologies in the collection industry. We utilize the Ontario System FACS Product.

Today, Interstate services retail and healthcare clients. We offer value added collection services such as follow-up, pre-collection, early-out, and litigation support. Interstate has been on the forefront of the collection vendor automating process and continues to work with our clients information system staff to improve interfacing. We have the capability to receive automated placements and electronic information updates.
